Senior Leadership
The senior class has done a remarkable job of being leaders this summer. The work ethic, desire to improve, and attitude demonstrated by these guys are what every coach wants. An example of this can be seen in the picture above. The team had accrued six minutes of extra sprinting from their Zone Training. Senior Evan Link was given the opportunity to cut the punishment in half for the entire team if he could do 80 perfect form push ups in a row. Evan took the challenge and proceeded to knock out the push ups with everyone watching in amazement. To date, Evan is the only Heritage athlete that has been able to do 80 push ups in a row! More importantly though, Evan demonstrated that he was willing to sacrifice for the betterment of his teammates.
